Someone told you about the Charity Compliance Engine?

Good. That is how most charities find us at the moment, and it is exactly how we want it during the pilot.

A short introduction

Hello, I’m Stuart

I built the Charity Compliance Engine after years of working with Scottish charities as a trustee and adviser, watching capable boards struggle with compliance guidance that was scattered, written for lawyers, and never proportionate to a charity of their size.

A session with the engine is a structured conversation, guided by me, that starts with what the law actually requires of your charity, builds an agreed plan with your board, and leaves you with documents you can act on the same day: a governance review, a document map, and draft policies tailored to your charity.

And it does not end there. The engine keeps your charity’s profile and agreed plan, so when the next question comes, whether that is a new funder requirement, a first employee or something going wrong, you have somewhere to turn that already knows you.

If someone you trust pointed you here, the next step is simple, and it costs nothing during the pilot.

What happens when you register

1

You register your interest using the short form. Two minutes, no commitment.

2

I get in touch personally to confirm the engine is a good fit for your charity and answer any questions.

3

We arrange a session, online or in person if you are in the central belt. It takes 60 to 90 minutes and you leave with the outputs the same day.

Register your interest

Early access sessions are free while the engine is in pilot. Mention who pointed you our way and I will know the context already.
