A working example of the board plan a charity takes away.

Built for Charity 500, a test charity. The documents are what the engine produced for it; the meeting dates and the board’s decisions are illustrative, to show the plan part way through its first year.

Try it: switch between the two tabs, then follow the four steps on the Board plan: place papers in meetings, record an outcome on an agenda, tick a paper In use, and see when reviews fall due.

The calendar is the charity’s own. Under Dates and reviews, add any date the board wants to keep in view, such as an insurance renewal, the AGM or a funder report, once or repeating. They sit on the timetable beside the regulator’s dates.
